Recognition of authorisation of legal entities to fulfill and verify specialized works in the field of cadastre, geodesy and cartography on the territory of Romania. Note: Unless drafted in Romanian language, the documents requested in order to recognize the authorization of the legal person established in a Member State must be accompanied by a legalized translation carried out by a translator authorized by the Ministry of Justice or by an equivalent official translation. Appeals in case of a dispute: The decisions of the commission of authorisation can be appealed in writing, within 48 hours after the displaying of results.
