For full or partial waiver of authorization, legal and natural persons concerned shall submit to the National Authority for Consumers' Protection an application together with the original of the authorization document. The personnel within National Authority for Consumers' Protection shall make the corresponding entries on the second page of the authorization document, subject to approval of the management of Precious Metals and Precious Stones Departament, in this regard.

In case the economic operators are dissatisfied with the result of the request, they may lodge a complaint within the deadlines and under the conditions provided by Law ​no. 554/2004 on administrative litigation, with subsequent amendments and completions. The necessary documents can be accessed on the website of the National Authority for Consumer Protection at the address: www.anpc.gov.ro or at the headquarters of the Directorate of Precious Metals in Bucharest, Str. Fabrica de Chibrituri no. 30, within the premises of the National Mint, entrance no. 3, sector 5.
