For releasing the duplicate of the authorization document, legal and natural persons concerned shall submit to the National Authority for Consumers' Protection an application, the proof of payment of the announcement by which the authorization document is declared void and the proof of payment of the fee for releasing the duplicate in amount of 50 RON. The duplicate will have on the first page the mention Duplicate and on the second page the mention Document with original value and the signatures of the general manager of the Precious Metals and Precious Stones Departament and of the president of the National Authority for Consumers' Protection.

In case the economic operators are dissatisfied with the outcome of the request, they may file an appeal within the deadlines and under the conditions provided by Law no. 554/2004 on administrative litigation, with subsequent amendments and completions.
