The validity period of the registration certificate in the National Register of Phonograms is 1 year from the date of issuance, according to art.36 paragraph 5 of the Ordinance.
The renewal of the registration certificate in the National Register of Phonograms, within its validity period, is done following the change of the headquarters address, the modification of the company name, the modification of the company’s organizational form, the addition/removal of an activity.
Registration documents must contain the following:
Standard requests: Form F4
Forms 2, 3 will be submitted only in case of adding new work points/storage spaces, or in case of removal of work points/storage spaces.
Documents Copies of:
- the modification documents, e.g. headquarters, change of organizational form, etc. and/or the completion of documents based on which the registration was performed
- copy of CUI;
- previous certificate and its Annexes, issued by the Romanian Office for Copyright
- copy of invoice/payment order regarding the payment made for the registration operation in the register.
The fees for registration operations are provided by H.G.1086/2008, and are as follows
- if the certificate has expired 50 lei per activity, 20 lei/work point, 20 lei/storage space,
- renewal of the registration certificate due to changes in the economic operator's identification data - 50 lei,
- in case a new activity registration is requested 50 lei;
- urgent fee/request additional rate 300 lei.
Payment is made at the ORDA cashier's office, Calea Victoriei no. 118, 5th floor, sect.1, Bucharest, or in the account RO67TREZ7015005XXX000157, opened at the Treasury Sector1, Bucharest, CUI 4266995.
