In case the registration of new working points and/or storage spaces is requested, after registration in the National Registry of Software Programs, applicants shall submit the following documents:

Form-type Application 2;

Documents - copy of the invoice/payment order regarding the payment made for the registration operation in the registry.

The fees for registration operations are provided by H.G.1086/2008, as follows - registration of working point 20 lei/working point - registration of storage space 20 lei/storage space;

- application for completion to fill in missing documents, following the rejection of the initial registration application 10 lei.

Payment is made at the ORDA cashier office at Calea Victoriei no. 118, 5th floor, sector 1, Bucharest, or into account RO67TREZ7015005XXX000157, opened at Treasury Sector 1, Bucharest, CUI 4266995.
