Visa for the certificate of technical quality and extrajudicial expert, for the purpose of carrying out, on the territory of Romania, with respect for the normative acts and regulations in force applicable in the field of electric energy, technical quality expertise activities for electrical installation works and/or when a legal act or a state control authority in the field of electrical installation works provides for this.
