The authorization of technical quality experts and extrajudicial experts for carrying out, on the territory of Romania, with compliance to the regulatory acts and applicable norms in force in the field of electric energy, technical quality expertise activities for electrical installation works and/or whenever a legal act or a state body with control responsibilities in the field of electrical installation works provides for this.
