2 evaluation reports regardless of specialization (EI, EPI, EBM), in Romanian; these reports: i. must be representative for each specialization and must have been performed by the candidate in the last 2 years; ii. must comply with the requirements of the Valuation Standards adopted by the Association in force at the date of the evaluation and the Association's professional practices regarding the content of the report, the approach and methods used, and the evaluation procedures required by legal regulations (where applicable); iii. as a principle, the level of complexity must be above that of the projects and evaluation reports prepared for final course and practical internship exams; iv. must contain the substantiation of the various relevant aspects regarding how the conclusion was reached and have the coherence and transparency necessary for their complete understanding; the reports may be depersonalized; v. must be accompanied by the calculation models in Excel format. The following are not accepted in the registration file: i. simplified/uniform reports; ii. apartment evaluation reports; iii. verification reports.*

The presentation of a case, considered relevant, encountered in the evaluation activity, to be included within the limit of one A4 page, written in Times New Roman font, size 12: description of the case and description of the resolution method (calculations or values are not necessary).*
