The order rejecting the application for the granting or reacquisition of Romanian citizenship may be challenged, within 15 days from the date of communication, at the Administrative and Fiscal Litigation Section of the Bucharest Tribunal. The tribunal’s decision may be challenged with an appeal at the Administrative and Fiscal Litigation Section of the Bucharest Court of Appeal.
