For the extension of the validity of the building permit, a standard application form (according to Form - model F.12 - APPLICATION for extension of the validity of the building permit) is filled in and submitted to the issuer, accompanied by the issued original building permit. The application for the extension of the validity of the building permit must be submitted 15 days before the expiration date of its validity.
Upon submitting the application for extension of the validity of the building permit, the applicant must provide proof of payment of the extension fee.
The department responsible for the application is the Urban Planning Department, Construction Permitting Service.
