This procedure regulates the method of issuing the construction permit for natural gas installation - collective housing, riser in the stairwell and connections within the Constanța Municipality City Hall.

CLARIFICATIONS:

In order to detail the proposed documentation, the following documents may also be attached to the mandatory legal documentation required:

- Homeowners' Association agreement signed by the President and the Executive Committee of the Association - model M1 (see required documents)

- Nominal table 50+1% in original with the owners' agreement - model M2 (see required documents)

Note:

1. The construction permit may be obtained by individual/legal applicants who wish to connect their apartment after obtaining the construction permit for the riser in the stairwell, within the validity period of the gas riser construction permit. - see required documents according to Annex 1.

2. If the validity period of the construction permit for the stairwell riser has expired, another construction permit for connecting to the riser can be issued by restarting the authorization procedure (obtaining urbanism certificate, approvals/agreements requested through the urbanism certificate, construction permit) - see required documents according to Annex 2.
