The procedure mentions the necessary documents for issuing the urbanism certificate.
- The Urbanism Certificate DOES NOT replace the Building/Demolition Permit and DOES NOT confer the right to execute construction works.
- In the case of requests for land lease/concession, proposals (topo-cadastral plan, with networks, facade, etc.) will be presented, showing the surface area requested and how it will be occupied. The request is registered at the PUBLIC RELATIONS AND CITIZEN INFORMATION DEPARTMENT only after:
-checking the completion of the request according to the form and if it is correctly addressed
-checking the list of required documents and how they are presented
-checking the identification elements regarding the applicant and the property
-checking the existence of the signature of the applicant or their legal representative
-checking the proof of payment of the fee
