This procedure regulates the method of assigning land for apartments according to art.36 of Law no.18/1991, republished, Prefect's Order, and communications within the Constanta Municipality City Hall.
- according to the legal regulations in force, for the registration (tabulation) of the ownership right over the apartments in a block, it is not necessary to also own an undivided share of the built area at the ground level of the building;
- persons who wish to obtain the Prefect's Order certifying the ownership right over the undivided share of the land on which the block is built, according to the provisions of art. 36 of Law no.18/1991 on land tenure, republished, can address the Constanta Municipality City Hall through a request to which they will attach the ownership documents of the apartment.
