The applicant for the PRINCIPLE APPROVAL issuance request is the individual or legal entity interested in receiving the principle approval from the Green Spaces Service as required in the urbanism certificate, with the purpose of submitting it for the file for the issuance of the building permit.
**For the issuance of the PRINCIPLE APPROVAL, the applicant shall address the City Hall of Cluj-Napoca by submitting an application (IT IS NOT A STANDARD FORM) to the Green Spaces Service. The application must include compulsorily: *name/surname of the beneficiary, *street/no/apartment of the property for which the approval is requested, *name/surname/company name (designer), correspondence address, phone number, the purpose for which the approval is requested.
