The procedure regulates all the operations leading to the extension of the urbanism certificate, which aims to extend the validity of the Urbanism Certificate in relation to the applicant’s (beneficiary/investor) request and in accordance with Order no. 839 of October 12, 2009 for the approval of the Methodological Norms for the application of Law no. 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction works, updated to date.
After registering the request for the extension of the urbanism certificate, you will receive an e-mail with the amounts due, which can be paid on the Portal of the Sibiu City Hall - https://e-administratie.sibiu.ro/cmsSE/ (by authentication) or on the Portal www.ghiseul.ro (with or without authentication). After making the payment, please send the proof of payment.
