This procedure regulates the method of registering the change of family name and/or first name administratively within the Constanta City Hall.
We inform you that, starting from 22.02.2025, the Civil Status Service will carry out its activity in a new location situated in Constanta municipality, bd. Mamaia no.193 (former School no. 1), by appointment at phone number 0241485158.
We mention that the public service schedule remains unchanged.
