The procedure regulates all the operations leading to the issuance of the building/demolition permit, which aims at preparing the documentation for the authorization of construction works, in relation to the applicant’s (beneficiary/investor) request and in accordance with Order no. 839 of October 12, 2009 for the approval of the Methodological Norms for the application of Law no. 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction works, updated to date.
