The procedure is addressed to Romanian citizens domiciled abroad, who are temporarily residing in Romania for obtaining the provisional identity card.
For court decisions from which the civil status of the holder results, pronounced in the European Union area and invested with an enforceable formula, translated and notarized copies are presented, and for those pronounced outside the European Union area, a writ of execution is required, invested with an enforceable formula, respectively the recognition of the sentence by the competent judicial authorities.
