This subscription allows merchants, individuals or legal entities (authorized to carry out activities for the sale of food products such as fruits and vegetables) to display their products on urban furniture intended for this purpose, placed both on public and private property within the municipality of Cluj-Napoca.
To obtain the street trade land subscription that pertains to the land associated with urban furniture intended for displaying food products of the fruit-vegetable type, the merchant will address the City Hall of Cluj-Napoca by submitting a standard request. This is registered at least 30 days before the activity begins. The standard request will include the merchant's identification details: merchant name, registered office, CUI, registration number at the Trade Register Office, representative, as well as the address of the workplace in front of which the street furniture is to be placed. This standard request is accompanied by documentation containing documents established by the local authority's regulatory acts.
The structure handling the request is the Heritage and Property Records Directorate, Commercial Authorizations Service. The subscription is valid for one year. Its renewal is done at the merchant's written request at least 30 days before the subscription's expiration. All the documents required for the initial issuance of the subscription must be attached to the renewal request.
