For the extension of the validity of the urbanism certificate, a standard application form (according to Form - model F.7 - APPLICATION for the extension of the validity of the urbanism certificate) must be filled in and submitted to the issuer, accompanied by the original issued urbanism certificate. The application for the extension of the validity of the urbanism certificate must be submitted 15 calendar days before the expiry date of its validity.
Upon submitting the application for the extension of the validity of the urbanism certificate, the applicant must provide proof of payment of the extension fee.
