This procedure regulates the manner of organizing and conducting the linguistic competence test for admission to the 5th grade with an intensive program for teaching a modern language of international circulation, at the level of state or private pre-university educational institutions in Romania, based on the provisions of Art. 6 (2) and (3) of the Framework Regulation for the organization and operation of classes with the teaching of a modern language in an intensive, respectively bilingual regime in pre-university educational institutions, approved by OMEN no. 4797/31.08.2017.
