This procedure regulates the manner of organization and conduct of the linguistic competence test for admission to grade V with an intensive program of teaching an internationally circulating modern language, at the level of public or private pre-university educational institutions in Romania, based on the provisions of Art. 6 (2) and (3) from the Framework Regulation for the organization and functioning of classes with intensive or bilingual teaching of a modern language in pre-university educational institutions, approved by OMEN no. 4797/31.08.2017.
