This methodology includes rules for the organization and conduct of the certification exam for graduates of high school education, technological branch, hereinafter referred to as the certification exam, for obtaining the qualification certificate, in accordance with art. 31 para. (6) and art. 77 para. (6) and (7) of the National Education Law no. 1/2011, as subsequently amended and supplemented.

Graduates of high school education, technological branch, who take and pass the certification exam obtain the level 4 qualification certificate, according to the National Qualifications Framework, and the descriptive supplement to the certificate, in Europass format.
