This procedure regulates the way of organizing and conducting the linguistic competency test for admission to the 5th grade with an intensive program of teaching a modern internationally circulating language, at the level of state or private pre-university educational institutions in Romania, based on the provisions of Art. 6 (2) and (3) from the Framework Regulation for the organization and functioning of classes with intensive or bilingual teaching of a modern language in pre-university educational institutions, approved by OMEN no. 4797/31.08.2017.
