Operational procedure for authorizing authorities and public institutions, commercial companies, non-governmental organizations, foundations, associations, sports clubs, research institutes as well as other authorized legal or natural persons, from the public or private sector, including those with foreign capital, that carry out diving activities or operate in the hyperbaric environment on the territory of Romania.
