The purpose of this procedure is to establish the norms, rules and instructions for ensuring the proper conduct of activities for the automatic recognition, by ”Grigore T. Popa” University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Iași, of academic teaching positions obtained in accredited higher education institutions abroad.

The applicant may submit an appeal within 3 working days from the communication of the result of the recognition file evaluation. The appeal must be submitted in writing, according to the model included in the procedure, uploaded on the platform and/or sent to the e-mail address

The appeals committee meets within a maximum of 3 working days from receiving the appeal and, within 5 working days, communicates the solution to the applicant by e-mail. An objection against the recognition decision may be filed with the courts, according to the applicable legal rules.
