Required documents:

  • The address issued by the Ministry of Education and Research – National Center for Recognition and Equivalence of Diplomas (CNRED) recommending the completion of an internship in a public or hospital pharmacy, approved by the College of Pharmacists of Romania;

  • The certificate of completion of the full internship, in a public or hospital pharmacy;

  • Copy of bachelor's degree;

  • Copy of identity document;

  • Practice booklet stamped and signed by the Territorial College, where the pharmacy where the internship was performed is located.

The file is submitted at the CFR headquarters for the scheduling of the professional knowledge re-evaluation exam.
