Procedure for veterinary sanitary registration of retail activities of food products of animal origin, by the County Veterinary and Food Safety Directorates, or those of the municipality of Bucharest
The procedure applies to:
Butchery, Slaughterhouse, Poultry and/or lagomorph on-farm slaughter center, Wild game collection center, Integrated milk processing center/belonging to the farm, Independent milk processing center, Milk production farm, Fishing vessel, Landing point, Fish retail shop, fishmonger’s, Amphibian, gastropod, crustacean collection center, Fish processing center integrated within the aquaculture farm, Honey and other bee products extraction, collection center, Apiary, Honey and other bee products retail shop, Egg collection center, Public food service unit, Pizzeria, Canteen, Pastry and/or confectionery laboratory, Pastry shop/Confectionery, Tourist guesthouse, regardless of specifics, Grocery store, Hypermarket/Supermarket, Online sales units, Food vending machines, Mobile food sales units, Food products fair or exhibition, Local gastronomic points, Food warehouse, Catering, Vehicle washing and disinfection station.

ATTENTION!!! The file is prepared only in the case of the sanitary-veterinary registration of food vending machines (vending type machines) and must contain the following documents: a) written request; b) copy of the certificate of attestation or, as the case may be, the registration certificate issued by the Trade Registry Office attached to the tribunal in whose territorial area the activity is carried out; c) copies of the technical specification sheet of the type of machine/machines for which registration is requested. d) proof that the fees have been paid. THE WRITTEN REQUEST MUST CONTAIN THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: a) the name, address and contact details of the commercial company operating the machines through which the sale of food products is carried out; b) the number of machines owned by the food sector operator through which the sale of food products is carried out; c) the list of vending machines for food products. -* see the predefined form.*
