The registration in the trade register of the PFA, II, and IF is done based on the reasoned resolution of the director of the trade register office attached to the court or of the person designated by the decision of the general director of ONRC. Against the resolution of the director of the trade register office attached to the court or of the designated person, a complaint may be filed within 15 days from pronouncement or communication, as the case may be. The complaint is submitted to the court whose territorial jurisdiction covers the registered office of the applicant and is judged according to common law provisions.
