Information about all registrations made in the trade register for a company, presented in chronological order and supplemented with the current situation.

It is issued within a maximum of 30 days from the date of application, depending on the complexity of the work.

The form is filled in – box 4.2. is checked, only one box.

II. Information from the trade register grouped according to a criterion

Series of companies grouped according to a criterion. Information will be provided regarding company identification data: name, registration number in the trade register, unique registration code, registered office, company status and the information used as selection criterion.

Fees are reduced depending on the number of companies for which information is requested:

• between 101 and 1,000 companies: 30% reduction;
• between 1,001 and 10,000 companies: 60% reduction;
• over 10,000 companies: 80% reduction.

The form is filled in, box 4.3. is checked according to the purpose for which it is requested.
