This procedure is addressed to the members of the College of Dental Physicians Timiș The current professional certificate is the document that includes the relevant personal data regarding honorability and morality, including the competence with which dental physicians exercise their profession.

The current professional certificate is issued, upon request, by the College of Dental Physicians of Romania, through the territorial colleges, for the purpose of guaranteeing the quality of the services provided and the safety of the patients in relation to it, based on the provisions of art. 512 para. (1) letter d) of Law no. 95/2006 regarding reform in the health field, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, of art. 1 of the methodological norms approved by H.G. no. 1464/2006 regarding the preparation, issuance, and use of evidence of professional honorability and morality of physicians, dental physicians, and pharmacists, as well as of the Decision of the National Council of CMSR no. 16/2CN/2019 regarding the preparation and issuance of the current professional certificate.
