This methodology establishes the manner in which the recognition of teaching positions obtained in accredited higher education institutions abroad is carried out within Emanuel University of Oradea.

The provisions of this methodology apply to Romanian citizens, citizens from member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and citizens from third countries, who have obtained teaching positions in accredited higher education institutions from member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area, the Swiss Confederation, and in prestigious universities from other countries included in the “List of prestigious universities from other countries,” approved by OMECTS no. 5825/2016 and periodically updated.

Appeal routes

The decision of recognition or non-recognition may be appealed within 10 (ten) days from the date of communication, by a reasoned request submitted to the General Secretariat of the university. Appeals are resolved within 30 days from registration by the Appeals Resolution Committee appointed by the Rector's decision. Subsequently, the final decision of the university may be challenged in the courts of law.
