To start the procedure for issuing the fiscal certificate, you must pay a fixed fee of 37 lei/certificate for legal entities on the website Ghiseul.ro by selecting Giurgiu County/Local Taxes and Fees/Institution Giurgiu/search tax Fiscal Certificate Stamp Fee for Legal Entities
- The fiscal certificate will be published within three working days from the submission of the application (except for alienation, see details on the application form and if no clarifications are required for the file).
- The conditions for issuing fiscal attestation certificates are those provided by Law no. 227/2015 regarding the Fiscal Code and Law no. 207/2015 regarding the Fiscal Procedure Code.
- Consequently, the applicant will obtain the fiscal attestation certificate only if he/she is up to date with the payment of obligations owed to the local budget. For this purpose, if you do not have the minimum required amounts paid, you will receive a payment notification during the procedure, estimating the minimum amounts that need to be paid in order to obtain a certificate without debts.
