Until April 30, the town halls are obliged to send the Centralized Situation regarding the beneficiaries of heating aid for homes using solid or petroleum fuels, to the Tulcea County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. The town halls will upload in the Required Documents section - The Register and the Applications with supporting documents.

In the situation where you are not satisfied with the provided solution, you can submit an Appeal to our institution within 30 days from the communication and, if you are dissatisfied with the way the appeal is resolved, you can address the court under the provisions of the Administrative Litigation Law no. 554/2004, with subsequent amendments and completions.
