By the 5th day of each month, city halls are required to send, based on a cover sheet, the applications registered in the previous month, accompanied by supporting documents, to the Tulcea County Agency for Payments and Social Inspection. City halls will upload in the section Required Documents - Cover Sheet and Applications with supporting documents.

In the event that you are not satisfied with the solution provided, you may submit an Appeal to our institution within 30 days from the date of communication and, if dissatisfied with the way the appeal is resolved, you may address the court under the provisions of the Administrative Litigation Law no. 554/2004, as subsequently amended and supplemented.
