In the situation where you are not satisfied with the solution provided, you may submit an Appeal to our institution within 30 days from the date of communication and, if you are dissatisfied with the way the appeal is resolved, you may address the court of law under the conditions of the Administrative Litigation Law no. 554/2004, as subsequently amended and supplemented.
