Persons fit to work who do not earn income from salaries or other activities will present proof that they are registered with the Territorial Agency for Workforce Employment for job placement and have not unjustifiably refused a job offered or refused participation in a professional training program /certificate for attesting the loss of work capacity (including a special aid slip). Proof issued by A.J.O.F.M - Tulcea / certificate for attesting the loss of work capacity (the medical decision issued by the expert doctor of social insurance within the county pension house and other social insurance rights, for disability pensioners; the certificate issued by the medical expertise commission for persons with disabilities, for persons with disabilities; the medical certificate confirming work capacity, issued by the expert doctor of social insurance within the county pension house and other social insurance rights, for persons with chronic disabling conditions who are not insured under the public pension system; medical certificate issued by the family doctor or, as appropriate, by a specialist doctor, for persons with conditions that cause temporary incapacity for work.*
