Persons classified with a severe disability with a personal assistant are entitled to be provided with the employment of a personal assistant paid by the local public authorities or to be granted a monthly allowance in case they give up the employment of a personal assistant; the allowance is equivalent to the net salary of an entry-level social worker with secondary education in budgetary units, other than those with beds.
The social benefits and vulnerable persons service has the obligation to take the necessary measures to ensure the granting of an allowance equivalent to the net salary of an entry-level social worker with secondary education in budgetary units, other than those with beds, to all persons in need, classified with a severe disability with a personal assistant, without any discrimination.
To benefit from the monthly allowance, the applicant must have their domicile or residence on the territory of Slava Cercheza commune.
