Minutes of on-site ascertainment, drawn up by the County Directorate for Road and Bridge Administration Iași (if applicable).*

Copy of the ownership documents (or lease, loan for use, rental, or concession contract) for the land on which the work is being carried out.*

If the site is located on a road section that is being rehabilitated or is under rehabilitation, or in the vicinity of the route of a future road, the opinion of the designer and consultant will be obtained regarding how the land is or is not affected by the works planned to be executed within the future project.*

Presentation memorandum of the work, showing: the kilometer and metric position of the site within the county road; a brief description of the constructions within the premises (existing and proposed), the activity to be carried out, with implications for road traffic (the estimated traffic generated by the objective); a description of the arrangement of the access to the county road, which will be carried out according to the provisions of "Normative 600/2010 regarding the arrangement of level intersections on public roads", in the following variants: a) simple connection to the county road (in the case of objectives located between the entry/exit indicators of the locality); b) with acceleration and deceleration lanes (in the case of objectives located outside the entry/exit indicators of the locality); c) in the case where the land was introduced by P.U.Z. into the built-up area, but it is not located between the road signs of entry and exit of the locality, the arrangement of access to the county road will be done with additional traffic lanes, respectively acceleration and deceleration lanes. the method of ensuring stormwater drainage along the county road, in the area of access and inside the premises; the method of collection and discharge of stormwater and wastewater; the method of ensuring the traffic signage related to the objective (vertical signage according to STAS 1848-1/2011 and horizontal signage, according to STAS 1848-7/2015); the way of ensuring parking spaces (according to annex 5 of H.G. 525/1996); detail of the road system for access/refuge (equivalent to that of the county road); specification Sop the way of pedestrian circulation.*

Zoning plan, at a convenient scale (1:2000), approved by the Office of Cadastre and Real Estate Publicity, on which the location will be highlighted.*

Site plan at a scale of 1:500, original, in which the following must be shown: the existing road route with all geometric elements, neighbors at a distance of 100 m to the left-right and opposite to the kilometer position where the objective is to be located; the arrangement of access to the county road, at the edge of the county road platform (in case a traffic flow separation island is provided, it must be made of raised curb and separated from the carriageway by a prohibition marking); the location of buildings (existing and proposed), with indication of the distance from the axis and the edge of the carriageway of the county road; the location of the fencing, or the property boundary, their distance from the axis of the county road; the way of organizing traffic (traffic flow) within the premises; the area designated for parking, with the climitation of spaces and their dimensions; vertical and horizontal signaling related to the access, which must be correlated. The arrangement solution at the county road shall be correlated, if applicable, with that of the objectives approved in the area or in process of approval (correlation shall be made also within the built-up area, by onsite identification, if there is no registered situation of the accesses).*
