Issuance of prior agreement for the placement and/or execution of works in the area of county roads for constructions (including accesses, car refuges, parking lots, warehouses, halls, fuel distribution stations, factories, vulcanization shops, car washes, hotels, motels, tourist stops, commercial spaces, shops, parking lots, dwellings, garages, household annexes, etc.).
