The application for divorce by administrative means is made in writing, submitted and personally signed by both spouses, in front of the civil status officer delegated from the town hall that keeps the marriage certificate or from the area of the last common residence. Administrative divorce fee - 709 lei. The fee is not refunded if the file is closed.*
