The Central Unit or Territorial Branch for Land Improvement coordinates the procedural activity regarding the issuance of approvals in compliance with the legal provisions in force.
The validity period of the approval is 24 months; before the expiration of this period, a single extension of the approval may be granted, after a written request (submitted to the issuing ANIF unit at least 5 days before the expiration of the validity period of the ANIF approval for which the extension is requested) and after its verification in the field.
The extension of the approval will bear a different registration number from the ANIF approval issuing registry and is granted for a period of up to 12 months; after this date, a new extension of the approval validity is not possible, the applicant following, under the law, to obtain another ANIF approval.
ANIF issues approvals within 30 days from the submission of the documentation.
