The Central Unit or the Territorial Branch of Land Improvement coordinates the procedural activity regarding the issuance of notices in compliance with the legal provisions in force.

The validity period of the notice is 24 months; before the expiration of this period, a single extension of the notice may be granted, after a written request (submitted to the issuing ANIF unit, at least 5 days before the expiration of the validity period of the ANIF notice for which the extension is requested) and after its field verification.

The extension of the notice will bear a different registration number from the ANIF notice issuance register and is granted for a maximum period of 12 months; after this date, a new extension of the validity of the notice is not possible, and the applicant will have to obtain, under the law, another ANIF notice.

ANIF issues the notices within 30 days from the submission of the documentation.
