The land register excerpt for information accompanied by the cadastral plan excerpt, issued by the office of cadastre and real estate publicity no more than 30 days prior to the date of submission of the documentation (except in cases where the construction permit is requested for the development and rehabilitation of land improvement infrastructure in accordance with the provisions of art. 33, para.2, letter a of Law 138/2004); (except for requests for works provided in art. 7, para. 14 of Law no. 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction works, republished); (except for public utility investment works).*

The favorable opportunity notice from the County Council/Local Council for the extension of the inner city area, in the case of land located in the outer city area for which the drafting of a Z.U.P. is requested, and the request for a D.U.P. from the city hall for land located in the inner city area;*

Certificate of registration and certificate of status from the Trade Register or the document on the basis of which it carries out its activity, in copy, in the case of the beneficiary legal entity;*
