The request of the beneficiary or the owner, as the case may be, specifically mentioning the area, the investment to be made, the land registry number (CF), cadastral number and/or topographical number, signature/stamp (legal entities), accompanied by a copy of the identity document;*

In case of representation, notarial power of attorney, delegation, resolution of the general meeting of associations, decision of the sole associate, decision of the representative of the associative form, as applicable, in original and copy, as well as a copy of the ID card for the authorized natural person or a copy of the passport for the authorized natural person with domicile abroad;*

Copy of the ownership deed (for example; ownership title, sale-purchase contract, donation contract) or another valid land possession document concluded (for example; concession contract, lease, rental, superficies, etc.) with notarial authentication for rental; (except for requests for works provided in art.7 from paragraph 14 of Law no. 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction works, republished);*

The owner's agreement for carrying out the investment objective on the studied site, in case the land is owned by a person other than the owner; the administrator's agreement for carrying out the investment objective on the studied site, in case the land belongs to the public/private domain of the state – in original and copy;*

Copy of the urbanism certificate (within its validity period), accompanied by the zoning plan and the site plan*

Land registry extract for information accompanied by the cadastral plan extract, issued by the office of cadastre and real estate publicity no more than 30 days prior to the date of submission of the documentation, as applicable (except in cases where the construction permit is requested for the execution and rehabilitation of land improvement infrastructure in accordance with the provisions of art. 33, paragraph 2, letter a of Law 138/2004); (except for requests concerning works provided in art. 7, paragraph 14 of Law no. 50/1991 regarding the authorization of construction works, republished); (except for public utility investment works)*

Copy of the ANIF approval for the preparation of the ZUP (accompanied by the L.C.D. approving the ZUP), for verifying compliance with the conditions imposed at the issuance of the approval (if applicable);*

Where the situation requires it (when in the Urbanism Certificate, according to Law no. 133/2012, there is the mention of agricultural intravilan, or upon the request for a PUD when there are IF works that may be affected), the beneficiary's file must include a Project with the technical solution for protecting the IF works, signed and stamped by a person authorized by ANIF, and also in the file there must be, according to art. 47^1 of Law no. 350/2001, republished*
