The technical documentation drawn up by a person certified and authorized in Land Improvement works, with the technical solution regarding the protection of Land Improvement works where the situation requires it. The documentation/technical project will also include the technical protection solution for land improvement works and will be mandatorily verified in accordance with the law by a certified project verifier (as applicable). In the case of national expressways, ring roads, highways, it is required that the technical documentation be endorsed by a certified project verifier in roads and bridges.*

Government Decision / County Council / Local Council regarding the declaration of public utility of investment objectives of national, county, local interest under the conditions of the law, as appropriate.*
