This procedure describes the extension of the validity of the UAT approval on the basis of which advertising means are placed.
Applications are submitted to:

1. Citizen Information Center located at Bd. Al. Lapusneanu no. 116C (inside City Park Mall – 1st floor, new wing) tel. 0241485565;
2. Registry Office of Constanta City Hall, located at Bd. Tomis no. 51– for submissions made through postal offices;
3. Online, at the email address: urbanism@primaria-constanta.ro

The extension of the UAT Constanta approval on the basis of which the advertising means are placed is issued within the legal term of 30 days.
The duration of keeping the advertising flags will be a maximum of 90 calendar days.
The dimensions of the advertising flags will be a maximum of 0.8m (base) x 1.25m (height).
The locations belonging to the municipality of Constanta, which fall under the present procedure, are provided in the local advertising regulation at the level of the municipality of Constanta approved by H.C.L. no. 105/2021, Annex no. 10 to the regulation, except for those which are the subject of another form of allocation.

Monday – Wednesday 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Thursday 8:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Friday 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

The payment of fees will be made after verifying the fulfillment of the approval conditions and only if the approval is possible.
