Requests are submitted together at:
1. The Citizens' Information Center located at Bd. Al. Lăpușneanu no. 116C (inside City Park Mall – 1st floor, new wing) tel 0241485565;
2. The Registry of the Constanța City Hall, located at Bd. Tomis no. 51 – for those submitted through postal offices;
