The counselors within DAS carry out/draw up/draft the social investigation, at the request of the parent/legal representative, in the case of minors/persons placed under protection, regarding the situation of the minor who is to be classified as disabled/is to be re-evaluated, who is within the administrative-territorial jurisdiction of Dorohoi municipality.
The main activities on which the procedural activity depends are as follows:
- Receiving and registering requests/documents directly from applicants
- Collecting information/data regarding the psycho-socio-economic situation of the child and the biological/extended family
- Analyzing and evaluating the information/data collected regarding the psycho-socio-economic situation of the child and the biological/extended family
- Drafting the social investigation report which contains all relevant information regarding the child for whom the social investigation is prepared. This report must obligatorily include the specialist's proposal in accordance with the legislation in force correlated with the observed situation.
- Sending the social investigation report to the applicant.
