For the identification of legal entities in their relationship with the local tax authority, an electronic copy of the Tax Registration Certificate (the document by which the tax registration code/unique registration code is individualized) shall be attached. Note: the conformity with the original of a document shall be carried out by the taxpayer/payer by including the statement "true to the original", according to art. 64 para. (5) of Law no. 207/2015 regarding the Fiscal Procedure Code, as subsequently amended and supplemented, and each document shall be electronically signed with a qualified electronic signature.*

For the representation of taxpayers in their relationship with the local tax authority, electronic copies of the following documents shall be attached (as applicable): - power of attorney and a copy of the authorized person's identity document - administrator's identity document Note: compliance with the original of the copies is carried out by the taxpayer/payer by including the statement "certified true copy of the original", according to art. 64 para. (5) of Law no. 207/2015 on the Fiscal Procedure Code, as amended and supplemented, and each document shall be electronically signed with a qualified electronic signature.*

In the case of legal entities, for registering a land in the fiscal records, the following supporting documents are attached electronically, as applicable: 1) In the case of owned land: - The acquisition document, which can be, as applicable: Sale-purchase contract, Exchange contract / Donation deed / Deed of payment in kind / Award deed / Court decision, final and irrevocable/final and enforceable, etc. - Certificate regarding the zoning and usage category issued by the Property Law Enforcement Office, Agricultural Register, within the City Hall of Pitești Municipality; - Land area sketch prepared by authorized and specialized individuals/legal entities in the cadastral field. Note: Authentic form is mandatory when a property (building and/or land) is subject to property transfer. 2) In the case of mergers/divisions: - The merger/division project, - The decision of the General Assembly or the Board of Directors, respectively the directorate, by which the operation is approved, documents prepared for each company separately, - Hand-over protocol of the assets, - The court decision pronounced in public session, by which the registration in the Trade Register of the mentions regarding the aforementioned changes is ordered, - Certificate of registration of mentions, as the case may be - Deregistration certificate - Documents submitted/issued to/by the National Trade Register Office, regarding merger/division; - Certificate regarding the zoning and usage category issued by the Property Law Enforcement Office, Agricultural Register, within the City Hall of Pitești Municipality; - Land area sketch prepared by authorized and specialized individuals/legal entities in the cadastral field. Note: Authentic form is mandatory when a property (building and/or land) is subject to property transfer. 3) In the case of taxpayers who are tenants: - Financial leasing contract and/or novation contract - Proof of repossession and request for termination, accompanied by the handover protocol or any other similar document; - Certificate regarding the zoning and usage category issued by the Property Law Enforcement Office, Agricultural Register, within the City Hall of Pitești Municipality; - Land area sketch prepared by authorized and specialized individuals/legal entities in the cadastral field. 4) In the case of land owned by the public or private domain of the state or administrative-territorial units: - The document by which land - public or private property of the state or administrative-territorial units - is granted in concession/lease/administration/use; - Certificate regarding the zoning and usage category issued by the Property Law Enforcement Office, Agricultural Register, within the City Hall of Pitești Municipality; - Land area sketch prepared by authorized and specialized individuals/legal entities in the cadastral field. Note: Conformity with the original of the copies is carried out by the taxpayer/payer by entering the mention "certified true copy", according to art. 64 para. (5) of Law no. 207/2015 regarding the Fiscal Procedure Code with subsequent amendments and completions, and each document will be electronically signed with a qualified electronic signature.*

An appeal may be filed against the fiscal administrative act, which is to be submitted to the issuing local tax authority, within 45 days from the date of communication, in accordance with the provisions of art. 268-270 of Law no. 207/2015 regarding the Fiscal Procedure Code, as subsequently amended and supplemented.
