2. Online, at the email address: dpo@primariadeva.ro. After registering the received request, the data protection officer will send you the registration number by email.

The controller provides the data subject with information regarding the actions taken in response to a request under Articles 15-22 of the GDPR, without undue delay and in any case within at most one month from receiving the request. This period may be extended by two months where necessary, considering the complexity and number of the requests. The controller shall inform the data subject of any such extension, within one month from receipt of the request, including the reasons for the delay.
